Since our founding in 1980, our dedication to the advancement of cereal chemistry and food science applied to milling and baking, has assisted grain millers all over the world achieve proper oxidation, enzyme supplementation, and vitamin level enrichment in their products ensuring product readiness for use in various cereal-based industries.
We have always understood that we must be as technically skilled in producing our products as our customers are in producing their final products.
As our customers expanded their product lines, we joined them in their goal with new formulations and food ingredients. Our love of science and technology naturally led us to expand our own research and development activities from our core products of cereal based foods to serve the advancement of other sectors in the food industry.
In short, our core focus is to develop, produce and supply specialty food ingredients, enzyme blends and nutritional products and premixes that support the ever-changing product development goals of today's food companies.
